Donnell Baldwin is a Fashion Stylist and Image Consultant based in New York City. Donnell, Chief Stylist of Mr. Baldwin Style, learned from his grandfather who taught him everything he knows about being a gentleman of style. Mr. Baldwin Style specializes in menswear, particularly for the modern groom. “There are so many grooms who don’t know they need help! We’re here to show them ways to look great on their wedding day without breaking the bank.”
Donnell, a southern gentleman, was born and raised in North Carolina and pulls inspiration from the classically dressed men he saw while visiting country clubs, social events and working in high-end retail throughout high school, college and Corporate America. He was first introduced to fashion styling many years ago during a college internship at MTV Networks where he worked in the wardrobe department aside from his full-time internship in production. Donnell has a bachelor's degree in Broadcasting & Corporate Communications as well as a master's degree in Communications and Organizational Change Management.
In addition to establishing Mr. Baldwin Style as a creative outlet, Donnell is the former Deputy Online Styling Editor / Style Director for MR PORTER, with nearly a decade of previous work at Ralph Lauren including with various roles including Menswear Styling Manager before his departure. You can normally find Donnell on a photo shoot or planning for the next! The work of Mr. Baldwin Style has been featured in WWD, Esquire, Brides Magazine, Ebony, Essence, Refinery 29, Time Out New York Magazine, Modern Luxury Magazines, Munaluchi Bridal Magazine, Details and the Style Me Pretty and Grace Ormonde Wedding Style blogs.
Courtney Arrington-Baldwin is a Project Manager, Producer, Business Manager, and Author. Her love for fashion began during her grade school years at Hathaway Brown School, an all-girls school in Shaker Heights, Ohio. At this time, Courtney began expressing herself through fashion and was even named “best dressed” during her senior year.
Courtney went to college in the Boston area to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a minor concentration in Engineering Management, at Tufts University. Following her university studies, Courtney spent fourteen years working in the construction industry. She began her professional career with Turner Construction as a Construction Manager and most recently worked for Mark G. Anderson Consultants as a Project Manager / Owner’s Representative in hospitality construction. Although Courtney has always had a love for fashion, it was not until meeting Donnell that she began to explore the business of fashion.
Courtney uses her strong analytical, procurement, and project management skills to manage the business and production side of Mr. Baldwin Style. She was the sole producer of the location shoots for the GROOMS book and looks forward to further expanding the production side of the company in the future.
